Look over this list and find the foods you frequently consume. Try to purchase these items at your local farmers markets and ask if the farmer is an organic farmer. Also you can look at your “Buy Fresh Buy Local” guide to find farms in the area that you can go visit and build a relationship with your farmer. Can you join a CSA? Can you pick your own produce?

How about starting a garden at home? You can contact your local “Master Gardeners” group for help.

Do you need help with menu planning and creating a shopping list? We have a great “Recipe Club” that delivers 5 healthy and delicious dinner recipes each week and a shopping list to your email every Monday. Contact us to find out more.
