Do you give your body the fuel it needs daily?



1. Start off each day with breakfast.

2. Eat something every 3-4 hours

3. DON’T eliminate carbs! They are your main energy source.

4. Reach for water!

5. When preparing your meals think of filling half your plate with vegetables, 1/4 of your plate with a starch (rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.) and the other quarter with your protein.


This is the time of the year where people start thinking about the warmer weather and getting outside to exercise. It’s also that time of year when people start working in their yards and gardens.
