Everyone will enjoy this “Berry Salad” recipe!

Berry Salad

Serves 4 | Serving Size: 1-1/2 cups
Total Time: 10 min | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 0 min
Strawberries and kiwi make this a refreshingly fruity salad.


3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup sweet nonfat dressing
1/2 cup jicama or radishes, sliced
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

Place lettuce, dressing, and jicama (or radishes) in a large mixing bowl. Toss together and divide between 4 salad plates.Top with kiwi and strawberries.

Serves 4. Each 1-1/2 cups serving: 84 calories, 5g fat, 1g saturated fat, 0g trans fat, 0mg cholesterol, 159mg sodium, 11g carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 7g sugars, 1g protein.© Food and Health Communications
