If you do not drink a lot of water, try these fruit infused water recipes to help you to drink more water during the day.
Cranberry Clementine Water –
1 pear, thinly sliced
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 clementine, cut into 4 wedges
1.5 quarts of water
Let sit for 3 hours before serving.
Honeydew Mint Water-
1/2 honeydew melon, cubed
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
Put melon and mint into pitcher. Cover with water. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Cucumber Citrus Water –
Cut fruit into slices. Place the fruit in a picture and cover with water. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
