Food Prep

  1. Start small – prep 1 – 2 meals for the week so you don’t get overwhelmed
  2. Choose recipes that you have already tried
  3.  Choose recipes that will help you during your busy week
  4. Every bit of food prep helps. Some weeks you may only get to chopping up your vegetables for the week.
  5.  There is no wrong way to prep your food
  6. After you feel comfortable prepping for 1- 2 meals a week, add a 3rd, etc.
