- Start small – prep 1 – 2 meals for the week so you don’t get overwhelmed
- Choose recipes that you have already tried
- Choose recipes that will help you during your busy week
- Every bit of food prep helps. Some weeks you may only get to chopping up your vegetables for the week.
- There is no wrong way to prep your food
- After you feel comfortable prepping for 1- 2 meals a week, add a 3rd, etc.
