Here are some tips for you –

Portion control when eating out. – Share a meal with a friend or take half home.

Portion control when eating in. – Don’t put all the serving dishes on the table. After everyone has served themselves, go sit at the dining table away from the food. When done eating, put all leftovers in the refrigerator or pack for lunches the next day.

Portion control in front of the TV. – Put the serving size in a bowl or in a small container instead of eating directly from the package.
