What did you eat for Thanksgiving?
I hope that everyone had a happy and blessed Thanksgiving holiday with their family and friends.
While it’s okay to enjoy the holiday and the wonderful food, it’s also a time to move that body a little more than usual. Do you need to take an extra walk? How about going for a bike ride with some friends?
Most people fall off the wagon during the holidays when it comes to exercising but their eating increases due to holiday parties and family gatherings. Don’t Stop Exercising!!!!! Now is the time to MOVE MORE!!
